This washer machine has been a great addition. I wash a lot of clothes weekly and this machine has actually cut my time down a lot. The clothes was somehow faster and it seems to clean the clothes better. There are many different wash cycles to use so it has a cycle for almost any type of clothing. I love also the smart feature that tells me when the washer machine is done, so now I don't have to keep checking on it. The washer looks sleek and modern and fits well in my tech rich home . I received the pair on a discounted price for my honest opinion and my opinion is, I Love it. I would definitely recommend this set.

Excited to do laundry!

I never thought I would say that I was excited to do laundry, but after receiving this new washer and dryer, I was! The size is great. So much bigger than my old washer and dryer. I love that what used to take 2-3 loads of laundry is now one with this new set. The features are awesome. There are so many settings for each type of laundry and since the washer and dryer have AI built in, it knows how long and which setting each type of clothes should be set for. I love that you can use your phone to set the programs and start and stop the washer and dryer from your phone. Another bonus with having the app on your phone is that is alerts you when your wash or dry is done. This is great since my washer and dryer are in the basement. No more checking to see if laundry is done. The dryer has a dry sense so it knows when your clothes are dry. The dryer also has a fast drying setting which comes in very handy. These washer and dryers are amazing. They are huge and have so many settings. Trust me you will be excited to do laundry!

I'm impressed by this Samsung washer. Our old washer kicked the bucket right before we got this one delivered, so it was perfect timing. Our old one would make a horrendous noise everytime the barrel turned around, and this one is so quiet sometimes I can't even hear it over my TV. Our clothes finally smell clean and we don't have to wait 2 hours anymore for the cycle to finish. We can even do a 30 min cycle if my husband and I are short on time. The white washer has a nice sleek design unlike our other red washer that looked tacky. I like how high tech it is. It can even be hooked up to Alexa, and she can even start the load for us. Basically this is a convenient and efficient new washer that my husband and I are really enjoying. I definitely would recommend this washer to my friends and family.

High End Looks Functional Washer

My previous washer was also Samsung which was used for over 7 years and worked well hence went with this new model for our new home. It looks and operated like a high end machine. The notifications on my mobile providing an update on the progress and completion is fantastic. Also I like the fact that it recommends the dryer cycle to be used based on the wash cycle completed right before operating dryer. Various types of clothes, bedsheets etc come out clean and almost dry saving energy for dryer. I like the small loads cycle which I use often and is quick and the clothes come out clean.

Perfect for my home!

Let me start by saying that this washer looks fabulous! We just finished a big home renovation and this washer definitely completes the modern look we were going for down to our laundry room! In terms of function this should satisfy even the most picky laundry persons out there. Several modes to choose from, from doing your delicate clothes, to heavy bulky loads! My husband has been having fun playing with the wifi enable function and I love the music that it plays after the clothes are done washing! Wash is quick and definitely more quiet than my last washer. Satisfied in all matters, look, functions and money savings in terms of how much quicker it gets my laundry done. LOVE it and would recommend it.

I love this washer and dryer set! The wash cycles are super fast, and they have AI built in so it knows what type of settings I should be using. I love that I can start the cycle from my phone even when Im not at home. I used to have an old Whirlpool that was incredibly loud, wobbled a lot, and took forever for the wash cycle. I have a couple roommates who often start their wash cycles but then forget the clothes in the wash after they are done and then have to do them again in a day since it would come out smelly. Now the washer sends us a text letting us know the cycle is done and the clothes are ready to be moved on to the dryer! Dont let the size fool you - when the dryer showed up, I thought it was smaller than expected, but one look inside and you realize all the other machines just waste a bunch of space - the inside of the dryer is huge and comfortably fits my king feather duvet - fully fluffed after a wash. This is a perfect washer for a working professional. No more dealing with the old "dumb" washing machines! I am very impressed with how much cleaner these clothes come out compared to a top load washer and how freaking dry the washer spin cycle gets the clothes. What used to take 2 hours in a top load washer takes an hour max with my new Samsung front load washer/dryer. I am a huge fan of the phone app - which lets me change settings on the go, start and stop cycles from afar, and tells me exactly when the cycle will finish!

I am reviewing the Samsung 4.5 cu ft Large Capacity Smart Dial Front Load Washer. The washer was delivered and installed by professionals. I was glad to have them installed because I would have struggled to get all the hose connections right. I was impressed that the washer is "smart", meaning that it talks to my cell phone and notifies me when the cycles are complete. The washer looks slick in our laundry room as you can see from the pictures. It is of standard size but the capacity seems nice and large – larger than our older washer. The front panel of the washer is simple and straightforward. There is a dial that I turn in order to set the appropriate wash type. The display screen is big and bright and readable. If I dial past the setting I want, I can simply turn it back to get to the right setting or forward to find it again. The washer runs smoothly and I can hardly notice the sound once I close the laundry door. When the wash cycle is finished, the washer sings a little victory song and I can also get a notification on my SmartThings phone app. The door to the washer is nice, large, and durable. Since my dryer sits just a couple of inches away from the washer, the transfer of clothes is quick and easy. The installers made sure that the doors would open opposing, meaning that the doors swing out the opposite way so that the clothes can be transferred from washer to dryer very easier.

I have owned Samsung Washer prior to this Dryer and had an excellent uninterrupted experience for over 7 years. Samsung has packaged this fantastic machine with added smartness and upgraded features. You can configure the washing options from you mobile and send them to the washer and also get notified on the time left for completing the washing cycle and end of cycle. You need to install the Samsung Smartthings app on your phone and the app is very user friendly for you to select what you are trying to wash and create your own recipe for washing on the mobile and then send them to the washer. You can then put the clothes in washer and liquid soap in the slot and just play in order to run the recipe. The clothes come out almost dry and makes the drying cycle easy in an energy efficient manner. There is a dial and touch screen to manually select the wash cycle and soil level etc as well. With an optional accessory if you have stacked Samsung Washer and Dryer then the Dryer can be operated from the washer itself by clicking on Dryer in the options. We need to configure Wifi connection for the washer to be able to control the washer from the app and I had a bit of a hiccup for the initial setup as I have MAC binding on my router and the MAC for this washer is not mentioned anywhere. Had to disable MAC binding and find the MAC on my router log and then enable it again to make it work. Once configured it works flawlessly. There are different washing options for different types of material like bedding, wool, delicates etc. The small load feature is fantastic if you want a quick wash for not so dirty clothes. It usually washes within 30 mins. Pros: 1) Easy setup and nice app to configure the recipe as per you choice 2) Looks beautiful and can be paired with Samsung Dryer 3) Lot of custom configurable options on the app as well as the washer 4) Option to control your dryer from washer with an optional accessory so that the dryer can be operated from your washer. 5) Easy filter cleanup and removal of water held inside the washer after completion of washing cycle. 6) Overall installation experience was fantastic which was provided as part of shipping. 7) Big enough room for bedsheets and larger items 8) Stainless steel washing drum Cons: 1) MAC address is not provided hence you need to spend extra time if you have MAC binding on the router to configure Wifi. 2) The black door is a dust attractor and need to clean it almost every day.

I love this machine!!. We can wash our comforters with no problem. We can fill it much more then our older machine. The clothes come out cleaner too. It is very quiet, when it is done it gives a nice little jingle to let me know the load Is finished. The instructions are very easy to understand. I am technolgy challenged to a point. I have used a few different setting that worked nicely. Very easy to operate. I will recommend this washer to my friends and family.

I know when I got this 4.5 cu. ft. Large Capacity Smart Dial Front Load Samsung Washer but I was going to be happy but I am extremely happy I was so used to that small top load washer that I was using when I got the Samsung I was just amazed at the speed but I could finish a load in my clothes come out looking great I absolutely love this washer and I would recommend it to anyone this is the best washer I have owned ever if you have a big family like I do it really gets the job done fast I am totally impressed with this washer it is easy to operate and it was also very easy to install this has been very positive experience from start to finish I look forward to having this washer for a long time it's really awesome.

This thing washes like a dream. It's done in like 30 minutes and everything is perfectly clean and fresh. It has smart features that are super easy to learn with the app. It tells me when my laundry is done! I used to be able to hear my old washer through the wall with this I hear nothing. The large capacity is amazing previously large loads and my other washer are now small loads in this washer. This saves me time and water. The digital display is really cool so easy to use no more pushing a ton of buttons. Don't even have to use stands they are the perfect size. I love how cool they look. Can't get over how much better my clothes and other laundry are cleaned now. There are so many options for different cycles for different things you can be sure that your clothes will come out perfectly washed sanitized and undamaged.

Sleek and beautiful to look at. I was expecting a quieter machine with all of the smart features. Washes great, clothes come out super clean. It's very efficient energy wise. Water usage is lower than it all . Love the timed features and all the different wash cycles. I'm still learning all of the things this washer can do. I wish there was an add time button to simply add minutes and a pause that let you open the door to add things you forgot. Indefinitely bigger than I thought it would be. So far so good. My favorite cycle is simply the normal wash, it works the beat for the loads of laundry I do daily. The vibration of the machine is minimal however when wpinning it is a bit louder than I had hopefully for. I love being able to start the machine from my phone and having the option of laundry liquid or pods. Being able to change wash times, speeds and temperature is a great feature of this machine. I like I can use the towel setting for my bulky towels it works great.

This Samsung washer came ready to be used! The delivery crew was courteous and careful of the property. The washer was delivered and installed without any issues. I got acquainted with the washer first, I registered it with the brand, installed the SmartThings phone app, and checked the user manual before the first use. There are a lot of different features that help me understand how to get the best of the washer. There is a multi-control panel with a power button, a navigation dial to choose the cycle, and a start/pause button in the front of the washer. It has Wi-Fi capabilities. I connected the washer to the SmartThings phone app and it alerts me when the cycle is done. The liquid/powder drawer is on the outside of the machine. There is a lot of room inside and the door opens to the left. It comes with a child lock. It has a SuperSpeed cycle that washes in about 30 minutes. Hot water is needed for this cycle. The water temperature, spin, soil level, functions, and options can be adjusted before each load of laundry. With the AI Pattern, I have been able to save my frequently used settings. There are some factory settings that can't be changed. I have been using this machine for over a month now and I find it to be very efficient. This washer is pretty quiet when washing. I like that it alerts me when the load is done. The clothes come out of the washer smelling really clean. I haven't been able to control the washer through the app yet. I'm very happy with this washer.
