Highly recommend despite messy LG installation

The machine once installed properly is great This is our second LG washer and we love the features and design. We were definitely disappointed with the process of getting the machine though. The installers did not check if the machine was installed correctly We ended up without a washer over Thanksgiving week while LG could not figure out how to get a repair crew. At one point we had a appointments for a repair crew and a brand new machine to replace the incorrectly installed machine- such a waste LG please figure out how to get your departments to talk to each other. Once installed properly fully recommend this machine

LG Washer Quality Gone Downhill

The purchase date of February 16 2001 is incorrect in the product information. Purchased this LG Front Loading Washing Machine on February 15 2022 less than two years ago. This is the second LG washer I have owned. The first provided over 10 years of excellent 5-star service with only one problem that was easily fixed by LG service center. The current washer has broken down with a problem in warranty in less than 1 and 1/2 years. The LG service center has diagnosed the problem and still standing by. I have chatted with several LG agents about this and they were very professional and treated me with dignity and respect.

I have been using my LG Washing machine from March 10 2021. It is in use almost everyday and has never given any problems. It is easy to use and washes really good and really fast. It also fits in tight spaces but washes big loads.. The thing I like is that it spins so fast it is fun to watch and at the end of the wash your cloths are almost dry. That helps with the cost of the dryer not working over time.

Defective Washing Machine 10/15/2023

I bought my washing machine February 19 2022 and have been happy with it until now. Today my machine did not wring all the water out of my clothes and left some water in the drum. I last cleaned the entire machine 2 weeks a but still cannot get a cold water wash. My last washer lasted 8 years before I started having any trouble with it. It was a Sears product.

Good machine when its not broken

When it works it is a good washing machine. It has a high capacity and when we combine the alergen setting with a little oxyclean we can get out even the most stubborn stains - cat pee sports stink mold. However it has needed several repairs. most recently it experienced a mechanical failure in the water valve that caused hundreds of gallons of water to spill out of the machine overnight and flood the entire first floor of our home causing several thousands of dollars worth of damage. When I contacted LG about the problem and asked why the remote connection hadnt alerted us to the problem they explained that it only detects digital problems not mechanical failures.

I was disappointed that under 90 days of use my washer had a defect the water sensor came loose and the wire broke. Repairee couldnt until 10 days. The repairer did fix the washer first visit re soldiered a wire. LG did compensate me with a $100.

I bought the washer in November 2021 after 4 months I started to find stains in the clothes I called the company sent technician who found nothing. Im taking care of my washer and use affresh tablets to clean it. Two months ago I started to notice that the washer makes holes in my clothes especially the brand new ones beside dark stains and oil like stains. In the meantime I have a shirt with stains washed 5 times using long program soaking using shout the stain is still there. I called the warranty company they sent 2 different technician from 2 different companies they did not know the reason why it happened.

Worst wash machine ever

This thing has been crappy since I bought it. For the last two months I have not even been able to use it because of it not working and waiting for multiple technicians to come fix it. It now is leaking and still no word on when it will be repaired. I am extremely upset as it was expensive and it has never worked right. It never put enough water in to wet the clothes fully. LG customer service gives me the run around and I have spent hours and hours on the phone. Not what I would expect for a brand new wash machine under factory warranty. Customer service is extremely poor and frustrating to say the least.

DISAPPOINTED WITH WASHER

I have tried to love this washer but have been disappointed. It fills with very little water and can only take a small amount of detergent. If we wash anything with dirtex. dirt and grass from doing yard work hair or any type of debris - the debris is stuck to the glass door after the cycle is completed. Then we have to wipe and clean the glass door and seal before the next load. Some loads we have even needed to wipe out the entire tub. Its as if it just circulates what little bit of water is in there and does not have the capacity or power to actually drain anything but the water. Besides giving us extra work we feel there is no way the laundry is getting as clean as it should. This is my 1st frontload washer so my comparison is a toploadwhich I did not have any of these problems. I do not know if it is this brand this model or all frontload washers but its extremely disappointing. It has the capacity to do bulky items like comforters but I dont trust it would thoroughly rinse them so I take them to the laundromat.

This is our 3rd Washer from LG in the last 3 years. We bought this one in Florida and used for 2 years and sold with the house. Bought one in Henderson NV used for 18 months and sold with the house. Bought this one 3 months ago and its perfect. Wife loves the front load and ease of use for all are wash.

Would not recommend

3 months old. Dial is not lit so not easy to read as previous model. Constant DO door open codes even though door is firmly shut and nothing blocking the seal. Latch lock is not well designed as door can move slightly even though locked in wash mode and leak. Poor repair scheduling did via online but no action other than to watch a few videos on common causes which do not apply.

Ive had the new washer and dryer for a month now. Very pleased with the performance and ease of working. I downloaded a delicate cycle for silk and it worked great. So happy not to have to hand wash anymore.

Leaves Clothes Wet Sudsy and Smelly

I bought this 6 months ago and have been disappointed. The first one delivered would not wring out clothes remove detergent or adequately drain so Lowes delivered another one. This one too has the same issues. The service tech although very nice and wanting to help could not figure out. My clothes are wet sudsy and smelly. Ive even tried increasing my water temperature. I do not recommend this washer.

LG Front Loader with wifi

I decided on the front loader because I wanted it because we put a butcher block countertop on it. I worked at Home Depot and our appliance guy said that the washer that we were buying was highly rated with good reviews. So far we are extremely satisfied with our purchase. I downloaded the app and lets you know that your wash is completed. I have owned LG washer and dryer in the past and had no issues with it at all.

I bought my LG washer and dryer brand new because I live in a rural area and its important to me to have reliable quality laundry machines. Ive owned previous iterations of this unit and loved it. Unfortunately the washer stopped functioning after only 8 months. Luckily I have a warranty on it and their customer service has been good so far but Ive already lost two weeks of functionality and am of course disappointed by this.

Finally received this washer and matching dryer after weeks of problems from the store sellling it. Anyway some of the features are not easy to understand the instructions are partially available in videos. Very surprised to find that neither the washer or dryer have interior lights In my opinion no interior lights make the appliance kind of funky. Cheap omission.

Great Washer

I chose this washer to replace my 30 year old unit that had finally started leaking. Could not be more pleased with it My only criticism would be that I cant set the default temperature to cold. I wash more things in cold than warm or hot. So being able to set that would be very handy.
