We really are very happy with our new fridge. A perfect size for us and the layout of things is so much better than our old side by side. The optional middle drawer is a great feature. The ice and water controls on the door work quite well unlike our old Samsung. It also looks great!

The middle drawer is AMAZING for kid snacks. Perfect height for them to see everything available and grab what they want without opening the whole fridge and struggling to see the options. The ice and water machine work great and are super quiet. Overall a spectacular fridge with tons and tons of space to store food in an organized fashion.

We love the flex drawer, which works great for lunch meat, cheese, and even soft drinks. Fairly flexible in how you can layout the shelves. We've had one ice maker jam, but easy to fix. Fridge is a tight fit through a 36" door, so it helps to have somebody deliver. They might need to take the fridge doors off.

We love the space and the different options we can do with the middle door. Ice is still working to be figured out seems to be doing better. We bought the Gallery style to not have to deal with fingerprints but it still shows all fingerprints so don't know that the extra cost is worth it.

The ice and water features are working perfectly too. The exterior drawer with temperature control is a feature that is such a plus I know I™™ll make good use of. My wife and I unfortunately needed to replace our previous fridge we had from LG after only 6 years, as it stopped cooling, and after several repair attempts, it couldn't be repaired. We decided we'd go with a different brand that we hope is much more reliable. So far, we actually like this Frigidaire model much more than our previous LG, which had a similar profile. We find it actually fits way more food, and our fruits/vegetables definitely last a lot longer with the special compartments in the Frigidaire for that with that filtering system. There also is a lot more ice produced as well, which in a family with 4 kids, is very much needed. Overall, we are exceptionally pleased.The only downside is the LG was almost silent, whereas this fridge does have a low humming sound.

I can tell a lot of thought went into the design of this fridge. We love the extra drawer for deli meats that is accessible without opening the main drawers. The bins on the door are easily adjustable and versatile. The top shelf has a small area that can drop down to fit taller objects and see things in the back more easily. We especially love the small snack zones with sliding glass for easy storage of snacks for the kids. Would be hard to go back to our old Samsung fridge after having this one!

We love the new French door refrigerator. My only concern is the freezer temp. I placed two different thermometers in it and so far, to get them to read 1-degree F, I have set the freezer to -4-degrees. Today I will lower the setting to -5 to see if I can obtain a 0-degree reading. I think the max. low temp that I can set the freezer to is -6. Hoping to be able to attain and maintain a 0-degree reading. I may end up having to call tech support if not.

The icemaker quit working in July. We purchased our Gallery refrigerator in May. So far, even with the warranty it has not been repaired. The icemaker was replaced but that did not solve the problem. I do like the layout of the refrigerator and other than the icemaker failure it has worked well and looks very sleek in my kitchen.
